Daniel Kim studieds oriental medicine and practiced in Korea. On Aug 2004 his wife, 2 daughters and Daniel came to the University California in Los Angeles as a sabbatical. Since that time his family stayed in Irvine. He graduated from SAMRA Oriental Medical University in June 2010. Until now he has been working at Cheong Myeong Acupuncture Clinic in LA and Inland Pain Relief Center in San Diego.
Daniel loves to treat his many patients with acupuncture, moxibustion or herbs. His point is not to attack exogenous factors but to kindle ‘healers inside’ of our bodies. He believes that acupuncture needling makes ‘yang’ and ‘yin’ energy balanced, and boost up Qi and blood circulation in our bodies. Therefore any pain or malfunction from inner energy imbalance or bad circulation can be cured or contained without taking Western medication.
Daniel enjoys playing golf sometimes and listening to classical music when he is free. But he prefers getting along with his wife all the time, taking a walk, shopping for grocery, going to church, and sipping coffee together. His wife and he hope to move to Ladera Ranch after their first daughter graduates from UC Irvine and their second daughter goes to college.
